    Vacante para la empresa EFICASIA en Col Del Valle -Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México:
    Puesto:Analista de Pronóstico y Dimensionamiento
    Actividades:Predecir volumen de llamadas, chats, correos y cualquier interacción por cualquier medio de captación, mismos que se deberán gestionar, la duración, SLA y los reductores para los diferentes de pronósticos


    Requisitos:


    • Licenciatura concluida económica administrativa (
      se solicitará certificado de terminación de estudios)
    • Contar con algún curso de WFM y MIS de alguna institución especializada
      Experiênciaen el área de WFM, principalmente realizando Pronósticos y Dimensionamientos ( predicción de volumen de llamadas, chats, correos), conocimiento en métricas call center
      , Excel avanzado.

    • Horario de labores: L-D 09:00 a 17:00 hrs (un día de descanso rolado en fin de semana)
    • Sueldo base: $10,000 al mes (esquema mixto)
    • Bono variable x mes: hasta $2,000
