Job Description:

In this role, this person will create and execute the internal IT communication plan for Bosch, especially for the Latin American IT community and stakeholders within the organization.

They will be tasked with managing the existing communication channels, planning and carrying out events (virtual or in-person) for the location and region.

The creation and management of the communication materials and the engagement into internal Latin American business social media (plant/corporate communication tools and channels) is a large part of their task.

Metrics and KPIs creation, analysis and reporting is also part of the task.

They will coordinate with and support IT groups in other countries, especially in close cooperation with the IT communication group for North America and for centrally steered activities driven by the global organization in Germany.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in communication, advertisement and marketing or similar areas.
Experience with Adobe softwares, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere.
Experience with Microsoft Office; Advanced with Power Point; Intermediate with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with live streaming, including the operation of cameras and associated software such as Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) and associated integration platforms, video edition and recording, sound operation.
Interest in the IT world and understanding the IT jargon.
Good visual design skills and ability to express ideas via images would also be an advantage.
Fluent English is required.
Perfect Spanish both formal and colloquial is required; in this language capacity to formulating and elaborating communication to varying audiences.
International collaboration experience is an advantage;
