MERCHANT DOCKERS LATAM DTC - MENS


As the Merchant overseeing Dockers LATAM DTC - Mens, you are passionate about clothing and the retail space and are focused on an excellent customer experience.

You will report to the LATAM Senior Merchant - DTC, and will be responsible for the regular execution and tracking of our DTC channels and marketplaces.

You will partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Planning, Finance, Global Merchandising, BX, etc.) to deliver the best-in-class consumer experience.

Prioritizing the consumer of LATAM (Mexico, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, etc), you will understand consumer needs and how to balance cost and revenue to fulfill them.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage and grow DTC at Dockers, collaborating crossfunctionally to push the best product assortments and stories to achieve financial targets. Understand and help with the segmentation of marketplace channels in order to build the best assortments and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee LATAM DTC Mens categories to drive growth, monitor exclusive products and capsules, and secure stock accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner with the Wholesale LATAM merchandising team to properly segment dockers assortments, while also driving commonality where needed with continued focus on productivity
  • Analyze sales on regular basis and work with brand merchandising, global merchandising and design partners, markets and planning teams to build product strategies
  • Participate in design/merchandising key milestone meetings; propose and coordinate with market partners on the optimal product flow guide
  • Partner with planning teams to manage the DTC opentobuy and inventory needs
  • Prepare weekly/quarterly reporting to aid in accurate seasonal plans and strategy creation, such as KPI weekly dashboard, top/bottom sellers, and quarterly business reviews
  • Analyze business to identify opportunities, provide recommendations and work in partnership with manager to accomplish
  • Partner with management and marketing teams to create product messaging for digital campaigns based on product buys and current data analytics
  • Support the coordination and review of all DTCrelated activities to ensure accuracy and understanding of product intent
  • Continue to stay uptodate on industry trends and strategies
  • Partner with teams across the organization including merchandising, design, planning, sales, global sourcing, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Provide merchandiserelated information, product knowledge to the service teams
