• Retail SME with Testing Handson experience covering Manual, functional & automation testing.
• Inventory Management
• Understanding on endtoend life cycle of an order through web or through store
• Any one of Order Management System (OMS) tool experience like oracle tool or Island Pacific or Blue Yonder or Bamboo Rose etc
• Experience of setting up TCOE Covering Functional testing, Testing Automation, Performance testing & integration testing
• Over all experience in managing/leading Retail & eCommerce practice

• Minimum of 10 years of QA experience delivering successful projects/products in agile/ iterative / waterfall environment
• Its mandatory to have testing experience in Retail Domain on below areas:
• Retail order management system (For e.g. Sterling OMS)
• Experience in Warehouse management System
• Knowledge on Pick Pack Ship process
• Must have worked on demand and fulfilment process/workflow.
• Should be proficient in all Demand and fulfilment concepts (for e.g. BlueYonder)
• Experience in iSeries Application
• Experience in Web Services / API Testing
• Strong manual testing proficiency using Quality assurance Test Engineering techniques, methodologies and best practices leveraging any test management tools such as HP QC, JIRA, etc.
• Have proficiency in using all the web methods like GET, POST, DELETE, etc.
• Have proficiency in using tools like SOAPUI, POSTMAN, REST ASSURED,
• Construct API endpoints URL based on the business requirements.
• Understand ESB requirements, ESB output status.
• Validate the response, response time, error code.
• Able to validate the XML and JSON body by using Json parsers.
• Good to have experience in retail pricing system and workflow.
• Good to have experience in Retail Design, Sample management and Sourcing processes. (for e.g. Bamboo Rose)
• Good to have Database testing using SQL server/ Oracle and DML commands.
• Good to have automation testing experience using Selenium/Java
