RESPONDABILIDADES:

Dar dirección a las áreas productivas asegurando se brinde el soporte necesario de otras áreas para el cumplimiento del plan de producción/ventas.
Mantener un buen ambiente de trabajo.
Coordina las labores del personal en turno
Supervisa la transformacion de la materia prima
Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de maquinaria y equipos
Monitoreo de indicadores de produccion
Ejecuta planes de mejora

REQUISITOS:
Licenciatura en Ingeniero Industrial o Mecanica

5 años de experiência Industria plastico

Apegado a reglas, respetuoso, organizado

Herramientas Lean : 6S, Trabajo estandar,

Eliminacion de desperdicios, Solucion de problemas
