Commercial IT is a global IT capability supporting the Commercial organisation.

We business partner with Commercial areas:
Biopharma, Oncology, International and Japan - and also Rare Disease Unit.

We operate out of hubs sites including in the UK, Sweden, US and out of our Global Innovation Technology Centres in India and Mexico - and in markets all over the world.

Job Description:


Typical Accountabilities:


  • Coordinate the right engagement and facilitation of communication to partners on services
  • Partner concern point for any IT Global or Regional services, including Commercial and nonCommercial products to coordinate with Global IT functions to drive resolution
  • Improve the User Experience for Commercial Products Portfolio in their region
  • Lead all Commercial Product Services for their region to ensure that quality and services are led effectively in conjunction with any planned service changes
  • Proactively supervise & lead service continuityavailability for their region, and react to capacity and availability management events and issues as the need arises
  • Responsible ensuring the Commercial Platform teams own the resolution of all incidents and request fulfilment for the regional services
  • Support exploitation and adoption of Global capabilities in Markets

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Extensive experience in services and processes in a sophisticated, multinational, corporate environment required
  • Experience in leading and developing 3rd party business relationships
  • Experience related to the outsourcing industry desirable
  • For regional roles, a deep knowledge of the local market place and domain challenges
  • Experience in team management, conflict resolution/ arbitration
  • High School Diploma.
  • Ability to analyze requests or issues and provide the best possible solution
  • Ability to prioritize, reschedule or adapt to changes
  • Ability to communicate both written and orally at all levels
  • Ability to make decisions in pressure situations at a management level
  • Ability to collaborate across the different technology services
  • Ability to partner and work in a matrix organisation

Desirable:


  • Degree or relevant business qualification
  • Knowledge of biopharma industry
  • Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams
  • Agile development methodologies
