Responsibilities

What will you be doing?
Primarily to support NA SAP HCM systems (production support and projects) and other global payroll systems.

Coordinate with TCS, BPO provider and other vendors to complete payroll activities.

Configure SAP HCM system to support gross to net payroll Write/Modify FD's/FMD's and configuration rationales A team player.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

Lead configuration of TBM platform for all phases of implementation; Ensure that the configuration meets our short and long term requirements of cost transparency, business insights and benchmarking with IT spend within North America and globally.
Lead day to day and life cycle management of the TBM platform (Apptio)
Manage relationships with business stakeholders for Cost Transparency requirements
Coordinate business requirements and prioritize user stories for TBM
Provide overall administration of the TBM platform including security role based profile management.
Understand TBM platform standard model configuration and ensure that our implementation is following standard model/practices.
Develop and provide Apptio platform training to broad IT organization
Define financial data model within a TBM standard taxonomy to achieve TBM cost transparency, insights and benchmarking

objectives for North America and International IT spend.

Understand and define data requirements from financial and accounting source systems feeding TBM platform including current state and future state data requirements.
Focusing on good / better / best concepts of data and drive towards achieving superior data quality and completeness for financial data related to TBM;
Establish integration patterns to be utilized for integration between financial/accounting source systems and TBM solution
Work with vendor to ensure platform is stable and meets all PepsiCo SLA requirements
