The
Customer Rejection Analysis Technician is responsible for analyse and report customer reject failures according to the Customer Reject Handling, in order to identify issues as component, process, development, customer.

His/Her main responsibilities are:

Support Product engineer in the definition actions to avoid recurrence. To provide preventive and corrective maintenance to FA equipment.
Determine root cause customer rejects units
Follow up root cause investigation with supplier thru SQM team
Support in continuos improvement projects

Required profile:

Electronic Technician
Professional Experience prefered 2 years

Required skills:

Process Experience Testing or failure analysis
Electronic Knoleadge
Schematic Diagrams interpretation
IPC
5s
English advanced
