Close collaboration with Business and technology teams to ensure the best workstream in the adoption and usage of Digital Channels and Services, to ensure high level of performance standards

  • Develop relationship with strategic partners to identity business rules and socialize them with the corresponding manuals
  • Implementation of accurate process needed crosschannels to follow up incidents (mitigation, correction, remediation)
  • Coordination of entire communication playbook crosschannels for major incidents and work arounds
  • Ensure the necessary training before, during and after new digital capabilities launched
  • Elaboration of the Service Level Dashboard, providing accurate measurement of digital channels impacts
  • KPIs analysis 360° which helps to analyze and improve the Net Promote Score (NPS)

Calificaciones:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Playing a team leader role and be able to adapt to different frameworks
  • Strategic vision, able to challenge the status quo
  • Focus on results
  • Work under pressure
  • Advanced Office tools usage

Educación:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong command on English, both spoken and written, 80%
