This opening position is at Hayward California USA.


Supports Maintenance Manager through directing and coordinating activities of maintenance crew ;engage in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment.

Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner. Also responsible for maintenance of buildings and utility systems.

  • Reviews job orders to determine work priorities. Schedules repair, maintenance and installation of machines, robots and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
  • Coordinates activities of maintenance workers fabricating or modifying machines, Robotic or auxiliary equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products.
  • Directs maintenance activities on utility system to provide continuous supply of heat, cold air, electric power, gas, chilled water or air required for operations.
  • Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with production and maintenance staff.
  • Reviews maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
  • Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
  • Plans, develops and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
  • Reviews and design equipment needs or special apparatus for faulty part detection, or automation.
  • 46 years of experience on Injection Molding machines, robots and auxiliary equipment.
  • Must be able to communicate in English

From $40.00 per hour
