Your tasks and responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor the "Offer to Order" process, ensuring compliance with the internal and external rules in public and private deals, correct quotation, and payment conditions that are benefit to the organization. Support sales team in all relevant aspects related to the offer.

Ensure that OTO process is set according to what is defined for the region LAM
Ensure that potential risks are mitigated and Nonconformance costs are avoided
Ensure that public tender opportunities are identified, and documentation are completed to drive the public bid;
Coordinate OTO team and contribute to their development

Your qualifications and experience:

Experience in Finance and Commercial Project Management appreciated at least 5 years.
Fluent English and Spanish
Offer to Order endtoend workflow knowledge

Your attributes and skills:

Have a Positive Mindset
Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
