Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist:

Location: Ramos Arizpe, MX, CP Country/Region: MX
About the position:

As a part of our Finance team, you will have a key support role in credit and billing. Evaluate credit risks, handle billing compliance, and collaborate daily with customers and internal teams. Manage accounts receivable, post payments, and assist in systematic follow-ups.

This position will be based in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico.

Responsibilities:

Performs presale credit risk evaluations in accordance with credit policies and analyzes requests for credit limit increases and billing term changes.
Oversees the accuracy and timeliness of system generated customer invoices.
Posts payments, billing adjustments and credit memos to customer accounts
Contacts customers to secure payment arrangements and document all collection efforts in the ERP system to assist in systematic followup of accounts. Provide updates for weekly status reports of past due accounts.
Reconciliations of AR Intercompany
Analysis of LTA's and Rebates
Internal or External Audit Request
Validate the sales prices in the SAP System.
Performs data entry of customer information for processing credit card payments.
Participate in special requirements as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
Business fluent in English and Spanish (preferably bilingual)
13 years of related experience in like environment
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software, SAP Knowledge.
