We are searching for the best talent for Regional Market Access Center of Excellence (CoE) Sr Manager to be in Mexico or Panama.

You will be responsible for:


  • Represent Regional Market Access CoE on assigned crossfunctional franchise teams with internal partners such as CVTs and Regional Market Access Compound/TA leads
  • Coordinates the definition of the HEOR, pricing and Access Policy strategy, negotiates, validates and guarantees the best project timing and execution with the local/regional brand teams
  • Understands the business needs and connects with the local and regional leaders to provide solutions and align strategies
  • Provides insights to develop tools to support the value proposition for key inline and/or pipeline products
  • Guarantees the right development and mentor of their team

QUALIFICATIONS:


Qualifications:


  • More than 7 years of experience in the Pharma business, with market access background
  • High Learning agility
  • Deep understanding of the specialty pharma business
  • Business acumen, negotiation and influence skills
  • Ability to lead multiple projects
  • Desirable knowledge in Health Economics
  • Desirable knowledge in Strategic Pricing
  • Experience on interaction with government and/or reimbursement bodies (private and/or public)
  • Experience understanding the LATAM environment: Mexico and Central America & Caribbean
  • People management skills and experience
