Responsibilities
Verify and process invoices and payments in the accounting system.

  • Communicate with suppliers to solve billing issues and late payments.
  • Review and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to obtain supporting documentation for payments.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's accounts payable policies and procedures.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting at least 1 year
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary:
$18, $23,000.00 per month
