We want to make this an even greater part of our future, so we are currently seeking a:

IT Asset Management Coordinator

As IT Asset Management Coordinator, you will administer the IT devices from the personal workspace and budget, as well as ensure the maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software working and steering IT vendors to purchase hardware, software, and devices.

Furthermore, you will track quality throughout the product lifetime, coordinate the computer lifecycle replacement and management, guarantee computer and software develops as standards.

Also, you will be responsible to oversees computer and device inventory, supervise, schedule, monitor and evaluate staff Regional Support with peers and LATAM Service Delivery.

Qualifications:

You should have:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems or related field of studies.
5+ years of experience with IT services.
Knowledge in regards lifecycle devices.
Great communication skills.
Fluent business English.
