Role Sumary:

As Motion Designer you will be an experienced digitally focused designer, comfortable taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client's brand guidelines.

You will be producing design to the client's brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.

Ideate and create stunning digital content using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop.
Take design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client's brand guidelines.
Produce designs to the client's brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.
Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on members.
Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output.
To be responsible for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
To develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on the consumer, promoting products and brands.
Adoption and use of the brand's voice responding to and engaging with the user community.

Abilities / Competences:

Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
Excellent motion design skill set.
Motion and video skills using After Effects & Premiere Storyboarding Animation concepts.
The ability to use After Effects and associated motion software.
A passion for 2D motion graphics design and animation, with the ability to animate a variety of styles of techniques.
Excellent Adobe CS skills with great knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator with the ability to produce bespoke digitally drawn assets from scratch.
Effectively organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage client delivery whilst simultaneously influencing clients with your own ideas and conceptual creativity.
Retouching experience and skills to midlevel.
Experience in: Digital, Print, Motion Graphics, Web Design, Artwork, Production.

Experience and Eduacation:

English Level: Advanced in Writing and Listening. Intermediate for Speaking.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or similar.
At least 12 years of provable experience.

Fixed-term employment contract only for 12 months

Halftime 9:00am - 2:00pm:

Monthly Base Salary: $16,000.00 MX
Above Law Benefits since day one.
Hybrid work system twice a month in the client ́s office.
