Business Operations Associate

Are you a self-started, a good communicator with apt attention to details? Then this Business Operations Associate position is for you Arrow Electronics is looking to hire Business Operations Associate to join our team in Guadalajara

This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English.

What You'll Be Doing

New customer/supplier onboarding support
Management of purchase orders and escalations from the partner community.
Assist with customer dispute resolution to include invoice variances, returns, tracking of shipments and ensuring billable orders to completion.
Assisting sales team with backlog management
Articulate and escalate issues in a timely manner.
Post sales credit processing customer account reconciliation.
Customer centric approach to resolving issues.
Ability to think on a grand scale as well as attention to details.
Other duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For?

Experience in Business Operations and direct customer communications.
Experience with Customer facing roles/functions.
Analytical and Research skills
Fluency in Written and Spoken English
Strong Attention to Details and Proactive Mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
Experience with Oracle/Salesforce or any other ERP is good to have.

Experience / Education
Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.
