We are building a new team - PPD's Language Services (LS) organization and we are hiring for a Project Assistant.

This role maintains procedures, guidelines and documentation. Assists with resolution and support of quality control processes and resolution of customer complaints. Assists with maintaining project records and ensuring that all documents are correct, processed and approved. Completes data entry and supports maintenance of data base repositories. Assists in preparing reports and data collection for analysis.

Provides administrative and technical support to the team. Coordinates responsibilities of project administration under direction of assigned Manager. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.


Main Responsibilities

  • Assists with resolution and support of quality control processes
  • Assists with onboarding process of internal and external team members
  • Assists with clarification and resolution of findings related to customer complaints
  • Composes, copies and distributes communications, reports, documents and forms. Performs mass mailings and communications
  • Assists on project management adhoc activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Troubleshooting abilities
  • Quality Process driven
  • Proven Project Management abilities
  • Problem solving skills
  • Capability of coaching other team members
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven multitasking, time management, and attention to detail skills.

Education / Experience

  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).
