JOB SUMMARY


As an HR Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for enabling a "One Jabil" approach to reporting by partnering with stakeholders to develop global reporting solutions and promoting them throughout the HR organization.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and "make sense" of HR data from various systems, and translate it into visually appealing reports and dashboards that tell a story and enable datadriven decisions.
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics in partnership with stakeholders and in alignment with overall strategy.
  • Develop core data definitions, ensuring a consistent, "One Jabil" approach.
  • Promote consistent HR reporting and develop analytics capabilities within the HR organization at Jabil via contributions to the HR Analytics Community.
  • Conduct thorough quality reviews to maintain a high level of data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot data and reports.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. Maintain data privacy and confidentiality.


Duties and tasks are varied and complex, are performed under general supervision, and typically require originality and/or ingenuity to accomplish.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience conducting data analysis in Excel required, including formulas and pivot tables; experience building visualizations in Power BI or other BI tools preferred.
  • HR functional knowledge preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR datasets and comfort working in common HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Kronos, etc) preferred.
  • Familiarity with PII data protections and processing laws.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with a global team across multiple cultures and time zones.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, resolve project issues, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to creatively identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
