Business Operations Analyst

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.


The Finance team at HPE provides world class decision support driving profitable growth and exceptional shareholder value through our commitment to operational excellence, people development, and innovation.

We provide accurate and timely financial information meeting the company's regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities with unwavering integrity. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting.

How you'll make your mark:


Responsible to screen the HPE transactions, analysing the requirements of Global Trade according to the Government laws among the world.


  • Compliance with HPE transactions and ASS with SPL and embargo restrictions
  • Using Excel, including using basic reporting commands
  • Working in a transaction and processteam based environment
  • Effectively present ideas and solutions to customers, team members, and partners
  • Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Researches and analyzes priority projects within established guidelines.
  • Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.

About you:


  • First level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic experience in a supply chain function. Or demonstrated
    understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
  • Requires acknowledge and understanding about import and export regulations.
  • Attention to detail, close follow up
  • Excellent Analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Project Management Knowledge
  • Nice to have a third language.
