What We Need


We are looking for a Fleet Partner Solutions (FPS) professional who will be part of a cross-functional team based on the Client's Facilities.

As the Fleet Partner Solution, you will be proposing improvements in processes aligned with Compliance and Client Policies, ensuring a sustainable operational performance and action plans when required.


A Day in the Life- Management of the Maintenance Product contracted through Element, generating synergy with the executives assigned to the operation of this area (Review of monthly Fleet Maintenance charges).- Personalized attention to VIP users.

Creation, analysis, and presentation of Operational reports with performance metrics of clients (monthly).- Maintain up-to-date controls and databases with the information of the Client's Fleet (registrations, cancellations, reassignment), as well as generate and maintain reports and / or history per unit of the maintenance performed.- Resolution and Escalation in time and form (with the Operations and / or Commercial area) of any situation that compromises the business relationship and work together with the Fleet Partner Solution.- Provide support in the implementation, design, and execution of communication campaigns for users with the processes to follow to send the vehicles for maintenance.- Generate Maintenance Services provisions in all units that have Open Service orders to be considered in the monthly and / or annual budget.


Requirements:


  • Industrial Engineering or bachelor's degree in Automotive Mechanics, Systems, or similar degrees.
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience (Desirable in the automotive industry)
  • Preferably management and notions of the English language
  • Knowledge driving light vehicles
  • Decisionmaking under pressure with risk analysis
  • Excellent task tracking and fast learning teamwork and cooperation
  • Adaptability to the culture of various companies
  • Knowledge of automotive mechanics
