Job Description:


ROS Manager (Lean Manufacturing) Leads manufacturing goals and strategy for improving operations and processes within the organization, following ROS (Rockwell Operating System) initiatives and standards.

Looking for a highly skilled professional with Lean and SIx Sigma experience.


Owner for transformation to increase efficiency on a 350k sqft building with over 900 employees to a projected growth of 40% during 2023.

Responsible for Hoshin Kanri site plan and execution

Site Productivity

Connected Enterprise initiatives

Reduce waste and non-value-added operations

Promote visual factory

Promote and drive Kaizen events for accountable change

Design for Manufacturing
