The Oracle Database Administrator will play an essential role in the management, administration, and optimization of Oracle databases, with a specialized focus on data migration and replication using tools such as Oracle GoldenGate, XTTS, and DataPump.

Key Responsibilities:

GoldenGate Migration:
Design and implement data replication solutions using Oracle GoldenGate for migration.

Ensure integrity and consistency of replicated data across database environments.

Utilize GoldenGate to perform database migrations across platforms.

Data Migration with XTTS:
Use XTTS V3, V4 tools (Cross-Platform Transportable Tablespace) to execute database migrations across platforms.

Ensure compatibility and efficiency during the tablespace transport process.

Data Migration with DataPump:
Configure and manage migration processes using Oracle Data Pump, ensuring object and data integrity.

Guarantee availability and integrity of backed-up data, as well as effective recovery capability in case of failures.

Performance Optimization:
Perform performance adjustments in the database to ensure efficient and fast operation.

Identify and address bottlenecks to improve overall system performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator, with a focus on data migration and replication.

Strong knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate, XTTS, and DataPump.

Ability to design and execute migration processes between platforms efficiently.

Experience in optimizing the performance of Oracle databases.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively address challenges related to the database.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
