About the Role:

Senior Finance Business Partner in Procurement and Logistics provides commercial and strategic decision support and insight to help to achieve Diageo ́s plans and results, leading by example and in a coherent way.

Leads the annual financial planning process for the areas agreeing targets for the following financial year with stakeholders and engage with Global Procurement & Sustainability Finance Director to explain major impacts, changes in actual vs.

forecast and targets.

Leads a strong Productivity savings across Procurement and logistics teams.

Leads the monthly Business Performance Management (BPM) process within procurement and logistics to ensure the right information is provided to drive a decision focused monthly process.

Leads and develops monthly Business Review and Key Performance Indicators in Tiers to raise any issue on time and provide clarity and transparency.

Key to this is liaising with Finance Controlling, Statutory, Logistic and Procurement teams to ensure the correct COGS and overhead accounting and reports.

Leads, coordinates and follows up any special project and the productivity in a monthly basis as well as participate in any Logistic and/or Logistics task team to achieve results.

Champion a robust control environment ensuring compliance with Control Assurance and Risk Management (CARM) and GAR Processes.

Constantly strive to improve forecast, accounting & control processes, and champion the Code of Business Conduct.

Drives a continues improving process across Finance, Logistics and Procurement.

In conjunction with the Finance, Procurement and Logistics Directors, drives standardization & simplification across the all the process within Logistics and Logistics.

Shows with example how to collaborate, work with different teams in different regions and departments.

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:

A Finance Business Partner should:

Have at least 10 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or Finance Planning manager.
Develop and manage Ad hoc finance analysis
Have strong accounting and forecast skill as well as the ability to work with different teams and levels.
Be handson and a professional with the attitude to build and improve processes, manage the continued improvement mind set.
Have experience implementing and developing projects from the finance part
Have SAP knowledge.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree. MBA desired
