Sales Activation Supervisor (CDMEX)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Design and followup of on the correct implementation of the sales activation plan to achieve the Sell Out target in alignment with marketing and the sales team.
Implement the marketing plan activities in the region.
Design of the demos and events plan to generate demand for Bayer's solutions.
Be the specialist in each of Bayer's brands RSA leadership and team development.
Define and negotiate with distributors the investments on the sales activation plan in order to assure 50% investment of the total cost of the sales activation plan in the region.
Understand and implement differentiated branding strategy in the region.
Negotiation with a distribution network with low financial capabilities and not that willing to invest in the sales activation plan.
Challenging demand generation environment (+1 million small growers).
Manage the sales activation plan for three corn brands: DEKALB, Asgrow and CB.
Assure that CB has a sales activation plan aligned with the mid tier segment.

Who You Are

Education: Industrial Engineer, Administration, Marketing, Agronomy or related, desirable Master ́s degree.
Experience: 7 years of experience in marketing, sales, trade marketing.

years leading people, desirable.

Negotiation, sales, implementation of marketing plans, portfolio management, demand generation, knowledge and / or management of market share, sales budget.
Intermediate English.
Office knowledge.
Salesforce or similar CRM.
