Description & Requirements
The Job:

The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for day to day marketing campaign operations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GoToWebinar, Conversica, and other campaign tools in our marketing technology stack.

What you will be doing:

Marketing automation campaign operations:

Aim to optimize campaign success and streamlineprocesses.
Provide guidance and training to webinar andvirtual event stakeholders on successful event execution.
Contribute to strategy design for nurturingleads through a mix of content and other callstoaction.
Utilize CRM for campaign creation and tracking.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders acrossthe company.

What you will likely bring:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple campaigns andmultiple stakeholders
Ability to identify and implement processimprovement
Experience with marketing automation and CRM isa plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to create reports and dashboards formarketing insights
