Position overview:

Responsibilities:

Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning of how to market and promote the product to the public
Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability

Requirements:

3+ years in product management, or related experience (as a business analyst, or product owner)
3+ years working with software products
1+ years experience with Netsuite
Retail or ecommerce experience preferred
Understanding of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning, and finance preferred
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
Experience managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs are met
Project management and business analysis skills
Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills
Experience with Agile processes and tools, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Jira
Good written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to have:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a major in finance, computer science, data science, or related fields
Strong focus on KPIs that factor in, understand, monitor, and initiate investigations based on analytics
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
