This role's salary ranges between $45, ,000 a year in US Dollars.

Job Duties

Collecting and analyzing payroll and accounting data;
Ensure accuracy of approved timesheets coming over into our payroll software, track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
Responsibility for updating payroll records; making sure that all records show up to date worker information;
Responsibility for resolving payroll discrepancies;
Give suggestions on modification in payroll policies and procedures
Communication with workers, answering questions and providing guidelines;
Undertaking payroll audits or providing payroll documents to auditor
Report to management about asset utilization and audit results
Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes
Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis
Upload general ledgers on a weekly basis
Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.

$720, $880,000.00 per year
