This role contributes to the success of the EC vertical by adding more teeth and power to our current group and ensure we work closely with all the global teams


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Technical on Compute solutions like MS AD, Servers
  • Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability
  • Work on Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams
  • Explore opportunities to optimize the resources

Specific competences ( Essential)

  • Should have good understanding with extensive handson experience on Active Directory Services, Servers Setup, Virtualization and Backups.
  • Provide Lead technical support on all, including complex compute issues liaising with customer representatives or vendors and supporting/directing other support staff where appropriate. This will include the support of new and existing products that come under the responsibility of the team
  • Have the ability to maintain a lab environment for training, testing of new services and support of customers.
  • IT Management Solutions like SCCM, Tanium.
  • Should have good understanding about operating systems Windows/Linux based systems
  • Handle both reactive (customer call) and proactive (monitoring) incidents.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams with multigeo distribution in multiple countries
  • Involved in problem management as the owner of the technical resolution Change management.
  • Handle standard change request, according to our change control and risk review process.
