As a Human Resources Bussiness Developer, you will have on your own responsibility being the first point of contact for all Management and Trade Unions queries and topics related to their area of responsibility.

You will be responsible for all manufacturing technologies as well as central functions in the plant organization; providing comprehensive HR service to given functions/technologies in a proactive and strategic manner in line with business requirements, and supporting managers and employees in finding solutions for department-specific and individual HR issues.

Furthermore you will be responsible for discipline and grievance or where no escalation through the process has occurred to ensure cases are resolved and deal with appropriately and in line with company agreements and legislation.

Daily basis according occurrence, execute Performance management process, according to BMW process, ensuring transparency and data accuracy.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree in administration or similar.
  • Problem solving, desition making and leadership skills
- +3years of professional experience as HR Generalist, preferably in automotive or Manufacture Industries.

  • English on a professional level.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law.
  • Knowledge of Laboral regulations such as: legitimation, outsourcing and NOM03
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
