SAP Inventory & Optimization Sr. Analyst

Main Purpose


Master Data Analyst will manage relationships with Product Supply Managers and planning organization by providing detailed network inventory reporting, managing SNP and TCP Master Data, maintaining IBP I/O settings, and owning the quota maintenance process.


Responsibilities

Accountabilities

  • Leverage SAP to maintain the PAG creation process and PAG to SKU relationship.
  • Own the TCP quota maintenance process.
  • Create and maintain all TCP Master Data Inputs such as Extensions, PPMs, tlanes, rate changes, capacity, and Run strategies.
  • Maintain IBP I/O master settings for all SKU's and new SKU set up
  • Setup new FLNA PWL innovation projects issued from Business Proposals and Production Advice and periodically update network rates and hours to align with the field.
  • Setup all data for AOP Plan including new innovation, new PWL locations, and network changes for the upcoming year.
  • Daily inventory reporting
  • Deliver series of reports providing detailed information such as ending inventory, DOH, and quota assignments to the PWL planning organization.
  • Collaborate with supply planners to adjust their plans to manage obsolescence and carrying costs

Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements**- Bachelor ́s Degree

  • Fluent in English
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Experience with planning, inventory managements, raw materials, and related.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, influence management skills, and demonstrated ability to work and participate effectively in a team environment
  • High comfort level working in Supply Planning systems, troubleshooting issues and the ability to aid in master data set up.
This position is based in Mexico ́s City, Mexico.
