What We Need
We are looking for a Billing Manager who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.
Are you:
- Able to solve billing disputes?
- Persistent, entrepreneurial, and driven to exceed targets?
- Collect all the outstanding invoices.
- Support the resolution of billing questions and issues to maintain the accounts receivables in accordance with the Company policies.
- Perform any special processes required by customer, such as PO request, upload to portals, addendum, etc. to assure invoices are paid to the company on time.
- Support and provide information for Monthly and Year end closing process; external/internal auditors, etc
- People Leadership: Hires, develops, and directs team members to maximize individual and team performance.
- Give management and other areas visibility of the past due invoices or current customer status.
- Follow up open items for customers billing/ disputes.
- Perfect understand of full cycle Win2Win processes.
Requirements:
- Engineering or Bachelor ́s Degree: Administrative or Financial branch, or related.
- 90% Bilingual: required.
- Experience of at least 8 years on accounts receivables, customer care, billing, or accounts payables.
- Experience of at least 3 years on supervisor capacity: required.
- Team management of +5 members: required.
- Experience in services industries/ Companies, and B2B relation companies (not mass consumer)
- Process understanding.
- Creative and flexible
- Ability to keep focus on results and improvement of processes, as well as change management.
- Organization, prioritization, and followup.
- Great communication, decision making and negotiation skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Basic SAT Regulations knowledge.
- Data analytics.
- Advanced MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
