The Portfolio Management Lead will provide enterprise leadership for investment management practices, relevant LPM concepts and a structured approach to continuous reviews of the investment Mix.

The Global Information Technology Centers are focused on being a stronger business partner, aligned to deliver on the technology needs and maintaining global support and shared expertise to advance digital capabilities across the enterprise.

What you'll be doing

Drive scope and requirements gathering, option analysis and design of endtoend business processes & business solutions
Proactive issue & risk management
Definition of project plans including the identification of key project activities, business & project resource requirements and critical path
Tracking of project portfolio agreed targets
Lead portfolio ensuring scope is managed, objectives are met and an appropriate level of detail is applied on communication
Coordinate lineofsight of crossportfolio initiatives and dependencies

What You'll Bring

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
10 or more years of experience
Experience in managing upward among senior leadership.
Experience leading diverse teams.
Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate program objectives and maintain alignment with the business strategy.
Ability to develop programs and deliver them within financial and resource constraints.
Ability to make tough decisions, solve problems, and show initiative while working under pressure.
Proven experience in portfolio management in an IT environment
Strong understanding of technology investment strategies and risk management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
