  • Attend Tier 2 Post Cast Meeting.
  • Gemba Walks.
  • Schedule And Facilitate the Cross
  • Functional Team Meetings.
  • Create action list to improve MSAT Score.
  • Work items on the MSAT action list throughout the week.
  • Work to meet process management deployment dates.
  • Report out deployment status of process management to leadership.
  • Attend monthly Post Cast Process Owner meeting.
  • Complete MSAT (Manufacturing selfassessment Tool)
  • Report Out BU Process Owner on MSAT y Process Management Status.

Education

  • This position requires a minimum of and bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Skills and Abilities

  • Writer and interpretation manuals and procedures.
  • Knowledge AS9100 requirements.
  • Necessary to speak and write English 60%.
  • Selfstarter requiring a minimum amount of supervision.
  • Good ability to work with others and a genuine interest in being part of a team.
  • Leadership and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge continuous improvement.
