Support Legal Departement on contract digitalization project.

Review of diverse legal documents, BOD meetings, POAs, etc.
Drafting and reviewing of legal documents (contracts, agreements, amendments, nondisclosure agreements, etc).
Support Legal Departement on internal projects, presentations, trainings, etc.
Support in trainings agenda.
Searching and distribution of relevant topics on Mexico's Official Gazette.
Collection and preparation of documentation needed for dif. processes.

Translations (English

Spanish).
Administrative tasks.
Education: Active student in Law or International Relations (or related), with a graduation conferral date after July 2024.
Experience: not necessary.
Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Ability to collaborate and work within a team. Leadership and problem solving. Attitude of service. Advanced English.
Knowledge: Microsoft Office.
