Responsibilities:


The Opportunity:

This position will provide support to the ISCP (Integrated Supply Chain Planning) Team for Frito-Lay US.

This specific role will deal with ensuring optimal product flow, optimized order quantity, daily add/cut requests for service and be responsible for several key service metrics.

Key systems the employees will work in are SAP R7 ECC, SAP Hana and DRP (Frito-Lay planning system).


Your Impact:

As Supply Chain Replenishment Planning Analyst your functions would consist of

Functional Responsibilities

Key supply chain planning activities for this role include:

  • Load counts: Review fill rate risk inside order lock and request product to fill demand, consolidate form and send to source facility.
  • Put together Add/cut requests (destination) to mitigate Fill Rate risk and Mod Voids
  • DCs, plants, S2U sites. Execute daily add/cut requests
  • Participate in daily weekly service calls with DC (Distribution Centers) and Plants
  • Identify Service Trends and Action plan to close gaps.
  • Provide training to others as needed to build bench strength
  • Execute adhoc assignments as needed

Responsible for Key Service Metrics (DCs/Plants/S2U facilities):

  • Fill Rate (Produced, Non-Produced, IMOPs, Bins, FSV)
  • Inventory Days on Hand
  • Mod Void performance
  • Collaborate with HQ supply chain group to improve overall success and health of systems, tools, and processes.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning or similar field required.

Experience

  • Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
  • 1 3 yrs experience working in Supply Chain Planning with SAP programs familiarity preferred
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong customer service and communicational skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision, while possessing the flexibility to assist and lead others
  • Willingness to work off shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it
  • Basic working knowledge of Marketing, Product Supply, Manufacturing, Field Sales, Purchasing and Accounting preferred
