Team Overview:


DiDi's growth team is composed of a unique set of individuals, with a variety of skills sets ranging from data-driven mindsets to innovative minds, who are focused to tackle one of the most demanding, yet exciting, growth challenges in ride-sharing industry.

As a Paid Social Analyst, you'll have a unique opportunity to learn in one of the fastest-growing companies currently expanding across countries and cities, you will be adding value from day one as you'll get involved in analytics, business growth, and marketing challenges collaborating across a variety of teams.

As well, you'll have regional exposure and you'll be supporting growth needs across countries and cities.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Execution for

Digital Branding:
This is a hands-on role. Planning, tactical, analytical. Most activating social campaigns at each stage of the buying cycle.


Measuring for Success:
Deliver on the value of paid social strategies and tactics. Identify KPIs and tangible ROI to the business. Conduct ad-hoc reporting with insightful recommendations. Dive in analysis, data extraction & generation of insights.

.Work cross-functionally with other teams across central operations and products.


Partner with Key Marketers:
Collaborating with our internal team & sharing expertise with the agency and media contacts.

  • Handle a large amount of campaigns in different countries.
  • Support business presentations aiming to provide visibility to other teams about paid acquisition efforts.

Role Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or similar.

  • 2 Years of Digital Marketing Experience:
Experience managing performance and brand campaigns.

  • Media optimization expertise in media agency or client.(Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

Analytical:
Metrics-driven.


Strong attention to detail:
Organizational, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Team Player:
You have experience working with global and remote teams.

. A collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross-functional, cross-cultural environment.


Ad Tech tools:
(Desirable): Experience with Campaign Management platforms and Ad Tech tools (4C, Sprinklr, Kenshoo, Smartly.)

  • Fluent in both, Spanish and English is a must.
