Responsabilidades y Actividades_B_u_sinesss partnering:_ Ser un aliado del negocio para identificar áreas de oportunidad en el que la tecnología sea de beneficio a los procesos del área.
Tender un puente de comunicación entre los equipos de globales de IT y el negocio para expeditar las necesidades actuales y a futuro de cada proceso.
_Innovation & Activation_:
Implementar proyectos de innovación alineados con la estrategia de la compañía e implementarlos OTIFOB
_Supplier Management:
_ Trabajar y coordinar con proveedores locales para la entrega de los servicios y el soporte de los mismos
_Process Support:
_ Ser facilitador del soporte de los procesos de running en el día a día, así como también en situaciones críticas (Incidentes)
_Local Consumed services_:
Garantizar la entrega y buen funcionamiento de los servicios de IT para empleados (Comm Services)
_Cost Management_:
Ser responsable en el seguimiento de facturacion y pago de servicios locales (ejem. mantenimientos LAN, etc.)Stakeholders
Comunicación estrecha con los diferentes equipos de proyecto para implementar o aterrizar iniciativas globales.
