Position:
Inbound Agent
Our office in Monterrey provides remote assistance to our Medical Offices across the U.S.

In this role you'll be answering incoming calls from our patients to provide outstanding customer service in support of our mission, goals and values.

Join our next training group Afternoon part time schedules available:
Part time: 24 hrs per week - $7,500 pesos + monthly and quarterly bonus (Monday to Friday, 2pm to 7pm OR 3pm to 8pm)

Must be able to attend on-site training for three weeks_


Essential duties and responsibilities:


  • Handle customer inquiries telephonically.
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve patient's complaints.
  • Provide patients with product and service information.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate resource.
  • Follow up customer calls when necessary
  • Be punctual and follow company's protocols.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to attend onsite training for three to four weeks
  • Must reside in Monterrey or its metropolitan area
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Verbal and Written English skills
  • Willingness to learn and team spirit

A partir de $7,500.00 al mes
