Who are we?:
In one sentence:
Be responsible for all compensation aspects in all of the America countries; Lead all compensation process from design to execution and control; Play an integral role within the Total Rewards team by partnering with C&B Management and HR business partners to identify the best total pay solutions and options that will support Amdocs business and People
What will your job look like?:
- Evaluate current and proposed base pay design and salary ranges for alignment to established guidelines and Amdocs' Compensation Philosophy
- Analyze and participate in compensation surveys; contributes to established compensation surveys and/or develops and implements custom surveys as appropriate.
- Provide expert consulting on different compensation components (base salary, bonus, equity and others) focus on base salary
- Perform analytics from internal and external sources and proactively provide recommendations to the business on any compensation issue including new hires offers, progression and lateral moves
- Leads the annual salary review process for the AMS region including planning, analysis, communication and control
- Ensure data accuracy and seamless systems integration
- Lead strategic projects while also managing routine activities
All you need is
:
- Bachelor's degree holder; Master's degree advantage 4+ years of compensation or related experience in a High-Tech industry
- Deep knowledge of competitive market pay practices, with strong networking skills.
- Experience with Radford salary survey participation and analysis of results
- Proficiency with advanced spreadsheets at a high level, preferably in the use of macros required
- Attention to detail and dedication to excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in compensation practices in Central and South America countries
