We are a Florida based HVAC company expanding rapidly nationwide through new franchise locations.
We are looking for highly motivated Customer Support and Sales Representatives that enjoy interacting with people. This is a permanent home office position. It mainly entails answering inbound calls, booking appointments, and providing support to our technicians that are en route.

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound sales calls.
Data entry (Enter and modify work orders)
Set up appointments for new and repeat customers
Dispatch technicians and provide support
Followup on completed service calls to ensure the quality of work
Review invoices.
Other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of customer support or sales experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Dispatch experience is a bonus
Proficient (or near native) English skills
Own computer, headset and a stable internet connection (8GB RAM, 30Mbps)

Pay:
$14, $19,000.00 per month

Remote position.
