ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (Public Affairs)

Requirements:

9 years of experience in communication agency (full service).
4 years in similar positions.

Proficiency English (fluent).

Degree in Communication, Marketing or similar.

Knowledge of 360 communication strategies (essential).

Client service.

Knowledge of the public affairs industry in the local market.

New Business.

Activities

Responsible for the practical daytoday operations of his operations center, profit and loss.
Develops, grows, and maintains longterm relationships with highprofile clients and key media outlets.
Identifies, leads and generates new business with existing and potential clients, according to the KPIs of their area.
Contributes to the growth of the company in general.
Responsible for customer satisfaction with respect to all programs and projects managed.
Responsible for the profitability and financial aspects of all his accounts.
Promotes the professional development of staff, guides them and encourages their development.
Manages the planning process of communication strategies.
Provides strategic advice to highlevel clients.
Work with other Business Directors to integrate and drive better results through collaboration.
