Our client believes that providing processes and technology to condominiums associations, boards, and units is the key to great community management.
The Job activities are the following:
- Answer basic homeowner questions and post them in the system.
- Data entry in CRM or Property Management software.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 am
- 5 pm CST.

Minimum requirements
- 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Techsavvy.
- Strong speaking and writing skills.
- Abilities to deescalate phone calls.
