Position:

Customer Success Manager


Arrow Electronics is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Guadalajara This position will be part of our Digital business, where a strategic mindset and interaction with team members across the globe is essential; with a special focus on delivering the best service experience to our customers.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to a team of Customer Service and Sales Operations associates.
  • Responsible for developing uniform procedures and continuous process improvements in operations as well as service efficiencies that result in high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee hiring, training, development, and accountability of staff to deliver consistent highquality customer and sales support.
  • Ensure service center is properly and consistently supporting all Customer requests with an emphasis on maintaining high levels of quality and care.
  • Identify, track, and closely monitor all KPI's for the team on a regular basis and provide appropriate feedback and coaching to staff.
  • Participate in regional reviews to update on service center KPI's and identify opportunities for greater service center efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain collaborative crossfunctional relationships with internal support groups to engage business in bestinclass practices and programs.

What You'll Need

  • Typically requires a 4year degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience in same role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English as it will be collaborating with a global team.
  • Strong assertiveness and leadership.
  • Proven ability in handling, training, and evaluating teams of 20+ elements under direct report.
  • Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems preferred.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$46, $60,500.00 MXN Monthly
