Business Intelligence Senior Manager
Purpose of the position:
The role is responsible for providing direct support to segment leaders, ensuring the delivery of timely information for decision making.
- Generation of Business Intelligence that allows showing the daytoday of the branch network.
- Carry out the various analyzes resulting from the measurement so that managers and areas corresponding to men make decisions to increase productivity in the network.
- Implement the improvement of the current indicators, in such a way that it can be integrated into a single tool.
- Establish business relationships with the different areas for the correct implementation of new metrics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and support sales support colleagues in delivering results.
- Provide direct support and assistance in the deployment of the infrastructure, tools and resources necessary for an efficient management information system.
- Support the alignment of the bank with the business strategy including the development and implementation of key strategies and initiatives.
- Co assist with the delivery of revenue growth from new business, incremental business and crosssell HSBC products.
- Find quantitative solutions to business problems and articulate the results clearly to all stakeholders.
- Complete analysis in the following areas: consumer behavior, segmentation, marketing, recommendations and intelligent automation.
- Consult with segment leaders for support needed to determine business issues, data requirements and to support decision making
- Execution of governance of the different forums in which the network participates while preparing materials for segment leaders.
Requirements:
- Economic Administrative Degree.
- Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems.
- Master's Degree in Administration of Information Technology, Finance, Administration, other related (preferred)
Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related areas
- Knowledge of Institutional regulations and regulatory bodies.
- Vision focused on business strategies
- Database Administration Systems
- Programming
Software, hardware that you must master:
- Excel, Power Point (expert)

- ASP.NET (preferred)
