Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION**
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Core activities - 85%
-
Responsible of all procedures, work instructions and documents related to internal logistics applicable to material flow between warehouse, supermarkets & production lines along with team leader
:

Evaluate and Improve internal logistic activities and tools related to material supply within the lines, material movements (internal milkruns), calculation of supermarkets for raw material and WIP and point of use studies including parts presentations in the lines.
Related to Supermarket for Raw Material; responsible to keep up to date PFEP (Plan For Every Part) tool and its maintenance.
Auto

CAD:

Responsible to generate layout proposals within the warehouses to improve processes, flows and operations, in compliance with ergonomics and traffic flow standards to mitigate any security risk.

Ergonomics: Responsible to perform the ergonomic studies for warehouse, milkruns and Point of Use Provider related activities.

Projects activities - 15%
-
Actively participate on projects for preparation of new product lines and warehouse area in order to keep standard activities within the plant related to internal logistics that the position maintains
:

Participate in Bosch initiatives.
Participate and support quality, ESD, safety and environmental plant goals.

Qualifications EDUCATION & ACADEMIC BACKGROUND**- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with specialty on Manufacturing, or related field.

Bilingual (Spanish & advanced English).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

3 years of experience on Engineering level in Automotive Electronics (preferred).
Logistics and implementation of Pull system including development (experience preferred).
Analytical, Enthusiasm, Optimism, Selfstarter, Perseverance, Proactive skills.
MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Projects, experience in use of SAP is advantage.
