As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Processing full payable cycle, including invoice indexing, GL coding, reviewing invoices for accuracy, & releasing payments.
  • Prepare and process check disbursements.
  • Update and follow check mailing instruction report without exception.
  • Assisting vendors/property managers/accountants with any concerns regarding payments.
  • Reconciling AP vendor accounts to vendor statements. Investigating and resolving any past due balances.
  • Maintaining property recurring expense schedule.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am

  • 5:00 pm (CST).
Daylight saving: 7:00 am
  • 5:00 pm (CST).

Requirements:


  • 13 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a numberintensive environment.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic business environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and research skills.
