Required Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience with UNIX
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL
  • Advanced English level
  • Experience in resolution of tickets

Position's General Duties and Tasks Required:

  • Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis. Also help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required
  • Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages
  • Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cuttingedge platforms.
  • Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery
  • Work effectively in collaboration with other team members
  • Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams
  • Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions
  • Validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environment

Additional Details

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
  • You would need to work one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday), these days will be paid additional to your salary
