WE ARE HIRIG
As a Support Engineer, you'll engage with cutting-edge software and cloud technologies, providing assistance to customers during service events. This includes creating support tickets, addressing basic technical queries, and coordinating escalations to advanced support engineers when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Linux system administration experience, with a deep understanding and passion for Linux OS, preferably Debian distribution.
- Strong knowledge of client/server software, DNS, networking fundamentals, and Linux diagnostics tools.
- Proficiency in LAMP stacks.
- Experience in computer technical fields, enterprise server environments, or web hosting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of explaining technical issues to diverse audiences.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to learning and taking on responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
