The BSCR-Haiti & Asia will have to manage an agent portfolio focused on transactions to Haiti & Asia, developing new leads, communicating with agents, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
You should be able to close sales and meet targets keeping up with product and service information and updates.Duties and Responsibilities:
Canalize agents to the correct department when they need help.
Adjust FX for agents (within the ranges defined by management).Adjust pricing tables for agents (within the ranges defined by management).Negotiate rebates with agents.
Get competitors information from agents:
countries, payers, fees, commissions, FX and promotions.
Communicate to agent all products available and push sales.
Request POS materials for agencies.
Add notes and submit tickets for agents in Sales Force.
Follow-up on issues with transactions to ensure the quality of the service.
QualificationsBi-Lingual Creole/ French/English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills for managing project progress.
Preferable knowledge on using Salesforce.
Collaborative skills to work with multiple teams as well as the use of platforms/software to report on the collaboration.
Strong research skills with proven work experience.
Coordinates with business partners to set expectations and achieve results.
